10:21 PST We are investigating an outage affecting many services in Los Angeles. We will post updates shortly.
10:42 PST The cause of the outage is a power disruption within the datacenter. We are working with the datacenter to find the root cause.

11:01 PST We have redundant power at all our equipment within this (and all other) datacenters; it looks like both power feeds went offline.
Datacenter confirmed power outage but provided no ETA at the moment.

16:38 PST: Most affected services have been restored, with the exception of the following two nodes: v7404 and v7418; these have server component failure.
17:44 PST: Node v7418 is online now, all client VMs on this node will be started within 15 minutes.

18:54 PST: Node v7622 is showing RAID errors, we are investigating. Two nodes are offline at the moment: v7404 and v7622.
20:47 PST: We have located a replacement RAID adapter for server v7622, and it will be replaced as soon as possible.
21:16 PST: Node v7404 has been repaired, all client’s VMs will auto-start within 20 minutes.
22:24 PST: Datacenter is still overloaded with remote hands requests. We are awaiting our turn in the queue to get RAID adapter replaced in server v7622.
00:15 PST: RAID adapter replacement is in progress
We will be posting updates as we have new information.
